Personal Background
When Patricia arrived in San Francisco from Saigon (aka Ho Chi Minh) as a teenager, her passion for San Francisco's remarkable real estate was born. Since 1989, when she closed the purchase of her own home, she has been lovingly remodeling and building relationships with skilled tradespeople including her husband, a licensed contractor. With family in the trade she's been remodeling and flipping projects for years.
When she's not working, Patricia surrounds herself with her home team - her husband, her typically teenage daughter who always tries to get in the last word and their Dutch shepherd named Aphrodite. Patricia makes a killer sourdough walnut bread from her own starter and loves to garden. Although she is still looking for that elusive “green thumb,” she’s learned it’s difficult to kill cacti.
